	The Garfield House is located in the Pendleton Heights Neighborhood, in the old Northeast Area of Kansas City.

	The Investigation was Friday, July 10, 2009. We began at 8:00 pm, and concluded at 11:45 pm.

Investigation

The team had a few personal experiences during the course of the investigation. At 9:25, Michelle witnessed shadowy movement in the second floor hallway. At 9:50, Lee and Whitney recorded high EMF readings in the basement. Also at 9:50, at the top of the main staircase on the second floor, Judy and Angelia heard knockings for which they could find no source. They took some photographs and recorded some very unusual shadows. At 10:50 in the basement, Lee and Whitney heard footsteps, experienced cold spots, and twice lost power to the camcorder. At 10:30 in the attic, Tim and Christine experienced the smell of cherry tobacco smoke and could find no source for the odor. This was also noticed later in the evening by Lee and Whitney

Evidence Review

We reviewed all of the audio that we recorded that night. We found several intersting items. At the time that Judy and Angelia were reporting knocking sounds in the second floor hallway, we did hear the knocking, and what seemed to be the sound of a woman laughing. Around 11:30, Tim, Christine, and one of the owners were in the main entryway. The owner asked if they might want to hear some music from the time period and we recorded what appears to be a small child's voice saying "Yes". We also reviewed the photographs taken by Angelia on the second floor. There is a series of pictures taken that shows a shadow gradually appear and then disappear with no apparent source. There was also another photo taken in the same hallway which showed a thick shadow at the end of the hall. On Video Camera #2, we twice recorded an unusual light anomily at the top of the stairs. This occurred at the same time as the photos being taken at the top of the stairs. Camera #4 in the second floor hallway moved on its own, when no investigatots had been near it for more than ten minutes.

Conclusion
	During the investigation, all of our team members experienced some type of paranormal activity, much of which was confirmed by physical evidence. We were able to capture video, audio, and photographic evidence. We feel very confident in declaring that there is paranormal activity taking place in the home.
